Candidates fill out a simple application form with name, email, phone, cover letter, and resume upload. Applications are validated for file type and size, then AI automatically scores and ranks each candidate based on resume fit against the job requirements. Confirmation emails go out instantly.
3. Review, Track, and Hire
View all applications ranked by AI score. Move candidates through your pipeline — new, reviewed, shortlisted, interview, offered, hired, rejected, or withdrawn. Assign applications to team members, add notes, and track the complete status history of every candidate. Re-score at any time as requirements evolve.
