Browse by Topic

  • Getting Started — What EmpireVault is, signing in, navigation, users and roles.
  • Engage — Website chat, forms, submissions, and audience lists.
  • CRM — Contacts, companies, leads, deals, campaigns, custom fields, and automations.
  • Quotes & E-signatures — Quotes, the product catalog, approvals, contracts, and document signing.
  • Support Tickets — Ticketing, SLAs, the customer portal, and the knowledge base itself.

For Developers

The REST API gives you programmatic access to contacts, companies, deals, tickets, notes, tasks, and custom fields with Bearer API keys, cursor pagination, and idempotent creates. Outbound webhooks push signed events to your systems, and automations can call a webhook conditionally.

The WordPress Plugin

The Engage plugin adds the chat widget, contact forms, waitlists, and newsletter signups to any WordPress site, with shortcodes for inline placement. Setup is covered in Sites and the Chat Widget, and the Engage product page has the full feature tour. A script-tag embed works on every other platform — Drupal, Squarespace, Webflow, Ghost, Wix, or static HTML.

Security

Encrypted data at rest, SSO via WorkOS, role-based access control, and immutable audit logging. Full details on the Security page.
