Never. Every account includes a full REST API — contacts, companies, deals, tickets, notes and tasks — plus signed webhooks and data export anytime. Your data is yours, with no export fees.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — billing is a monthly per-seat subscription through Stripe, and you can cancel anytime. Your data stays yours, with export available at no charge.

What happens when the engagement ends?
You continue on a Care Plan or a standard subscription at $39 per seat per month, price locked for twelve months. Your configuration and data carry over with no interruption. If you stop, you get a full export and thirty days of read-only access.
Can I move from an engagement to self-serve?
Yes, that is the default path. Every user your team added during the engagement is included; seats are counted once, at the handoff review sixty days before the end, and billed from the day the engagement ends.
