Common questions
Why one price for everything?
Because the product’s value comes from the shared data layer — splitting modules across tiers fights against that. You pay for the seats that use it; every module is unlocked from day one.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your data stays put and remains exportable. You’re never auto-charged — no credit card is required to start. We’ll reach out during the trial; you choose monthly or annual and add a payment method when you’re ready.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans stop at the end of the current period. Annual plans are refundable on a prorated basis. Either way, you keep export access for 30 days after cancellation.
What if I exceed the AI usage limits?
You’ll see the overage in your live billing dashboard before it’s charged. Overage is billed at a transparent at-cost rate ($0.02-$0.10 per call depending on type) and requires confirmation each billing cycle — no surprise charges.
