How It Works
1. Upload & Prepare
Upload a PDF document and add signers in order. Open the visual field editor to drag signature, initials, date, and free-text fields onto any page. Assign each field to a specific signer. Right-click any field to reassign it to a different signer without deleting and recreating it.
2. Send for Signing
Hit send and the first signer receives an email with a secure, token-based link — no login or account creation needed. They review the document, fill in any text fields (addresses, titles, etc.), type their name to sign, and confirm. The next signer is notified automatically once the previous one completes.
3. Track & Complete
Monitor progress in real time — see who has viewed, signed, or declined. Once all signers complete, the system generates a signed PDF artifact with an embedded audit certificate. Every action — view, consent, signature, decline — is recorded with timestamps, IP addresses, and user agents for legal defensibility.

Visual Field Editor
- Drag-and-Drop Placement — Place fields visually on top of your PDF preview. Drag to reposition, resize as needed.
- Field Types — Signature (typed name), Initials (auto-generated), Date (auto-filled), and free Text (for addresses, titles, or any signer input)
- Multi-Page Support — Place fields on any page of the PDF. The editor scrolls through all pages with field placement per page.
- Signer Assignment — Color-coded tabs show which signer each field belongs to. Right-click any field to reassign it to a different signer instantly.
- Editable Labels — Double-click text fields to rename their label (e.g., “Address”, “Title”, “Phone”)
Sequential Multi-Signer Workflows
- Signing Order — Define the sequence in which signers receive the document. Signer 2 is notified only after Signer 1 completes.
- Automatic Progression — No manual intervention needed between signers. Each completion triggers the next invitation automatically.
- Counter-Signing — Common pattern: customer signs first, your team counter-signs to finalize
Signing Experience
