EmpireVault exists because small and mid-sized businesses deserve the same tools Fortune 500s use — without the implementation consultants, the per-feature pricing matrices, or the six-month rollouts.
Why we built it
The customer-software market is split. At the bottom: cheap, single-purpose tools that don’t talk to each other — chat in one tab, CRM in another, helpdesk in a third, scheduler in a fourth, e-signature in a fifth, marketing in a sixth. At the top: enterprise stacks with the same six functions, except they cost ten times as much, take months to deploy, require dedicated admins, and assume your business looks like a 2,000-person sales organization.
The middle was empty. So we built it.
EmpireVault is one platform, one database, one subscription. Every customer-facing tool an SMB actually uses, sharing the same data layer, with AI built into every module — not bolted on as an add-on. A chat conversation becomes a lead. A lead books a meeting. Who’s behind it
EmpireVault is developed by Selbytech.ai, a small team with deep experience building B2B SaaS, enterprise integrations, and AI-native product. We’ve shipped software in production environments where uptime mattered, where security was non-negotiable, and where the customer’s data was sacred. We’re applying the same standard to a product for businesses that aren’t a Fortune 500.
Our chat widget — the Engage agent — is approved on the WordPress Plugin Directory. Our platform is built on Rails, PostgreSQL, Stripe, and WorkOS. We host on Civo and back up nightly. We treat your data the same way we’d want ours treated.
