You may:

Website owners are solely responsible for reviewing and determining the suitability of AI-generated content displayed on their websites.
5. Website Owner Responsibility
The website owner installing the Plugin is responsible for:
- Ensuring compliance with applicable privacy laws
- Providing appropriate disclosures in their privacy policy
- Managing user communications and follow-up contact
- Moderating and overseeing chat usage on their site
The Plugin provider is not responsible for how website owners use or configure the Plugin.

7. Availability and Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Engage API or related services at any time, with or without notice.

We shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
