- OAuth for Google and Microsoft — Least-privilege scopes for Gmail and Outlook — only the permissions needed for mail read and send are requested. No passwords stored.
- AI importance scoring — Every inbound message scores 0–100 and carries a label: low, medium, high, or critical. VIP contacts auto-score critical.
- Auto-linking to contacts — Inbound emails are automatically attached to the matching CrmContact or CrmOrganization.
