Every tool, seat, cost, integration, workaround and single point of failure in your business, mapped and ranked by cost and risk in a written report you keep, with an honest answer on whether EmpireVault fits. Unless it finds at least $6,000 a year in replaceable software spend or five hours a week of recoverable time, the fee is refunded. If you go ahead, the fee is credited in full and the build is quoted from what the audit found.

Contacts, deals, tickets, and history moved from HubSpot, Salesforce, Zendesk, Mailchimp, or spreadsheets. Users seated and roles mapped, core automations ported, and a data-quality report you sign off. Written estimate within three business days.

A senior technology leader on your team part-time, and EmpireVault included for the full term: configured, migrated, your team trained, a weekly working session. When it ends you continue on a Care Plan or a standard subscription at $39 per seat.

The point of working with us isn’t to keep you dependent on us. EmpireVault is built to be maintained by the team that uses it, and every build is designed around that: we deploy the platform, migrate your data, train your people, and step back. If you want us back for a new module rollout or more training, we’re here. But you shouldn’t need to need us.
Subscription pricing for EmpireVault itself is on the pricing page. Setup and migration are one-time engagements; Fractional CTO + Platform includes the subscription for its term.
